About Me

I am a doula who believes in compassionate and supportive care above all else. My approach is rooted in non-judgmental principles, ensuring that every birthing journey is respected as a unique and personal experience.

With certification from DONA International, supplemented by additional courses in providing comforting touch during labor, I am well-equipped to guide you. In addition to my professional training, I bring a deep passion for creating an empowering and calming atmosphere during labor.

Birth Doula Services

My services encompass personalized prenatal visits, attentive labor support, and compassionate postpartum guidance.You’ll have unlimited call and text support throughout our time together. Before you decide to work with me, I offer a complimentary introduction session to ensure we're the right fit.

Prenatal Visits

We'll cover birth planning, labor coping strategies, advocacy, and much more. I provide evidence-based guidance and tools for labor pain management, including breathing exercises and beneficial birthing positions. Plus, I offer emotional support to help you navigate your feelings surrounding childbirth.

Labor Support

I'll be on call for you two weeks before your due date until the moment you give birth. Throughout labor, I will be by your side, dedicated to creating a soothing environment, providing emotional support, and assisting with physical comfort measures. My objective is to empower you and your partner, friend or family member as we navigate this significant experience together.

Postpartum Care

We'll process your birth experience, and I'll offer guidance on postpartum care. We'll talk about strategies for a smooth transition into parenthood. I can also refer you to valuable resources for continued care and support.

Pricing

$1700 for Birth Support Package

My pricing is set at a flat fee of $1700 for complete birth support, which includes prenatal and postpartum visits. I also accept Medi-Cal and Tricare.
