About Me
I am a doula who believes in compassionate and supportive care above all else. My approach is rooted in non-judgmental principles, ensuring that every birth and postpartum journey is respected as a unique and personal experience.

I am certified through DONA International and provide evidence-based guidance, continuous labor support, and nurturing postpartum care. It would be my honor to walk alongside you and your family as you welcome this new chapter in your life.
Services
You’ll have unlimited call and text support throughout our time together. Before you decide to work with me, I offer a complimentary introduction session to ensure we're the right fit.
Prenatal Visits
We'll cover birth planning, labor coping strategies, advocacy, and much more. I provide evidence-based guidance and tools for labor pain management, including breathing exercises and beneficial birthing positions. Plus, I offer emotional support to help you navigate your feelings surrounding childbirth.
Labor Support
I'll be on call for you two weeks before your due date until the moment you give birth. Throughout labor, I will be by your side, dedicated to creating a soothing environment, providing emotional support, and assisting with physical comfort measures. My objective is to empower you and your partner, friend or family member as we navigate this significant experience together.
Postpartum Care
My in-home postpartum support includes emotional care, newborn feeding and soothing guidance, light household help, and meal preparation to aid your recovery. I also support siblings and partners to ensure a smooth family adjustment, creating a calm and nurturing space as you heal and bond with your baby.
Insurance Coverage
I accept out-of-pocket payments as well as insurance. I currently accept Medi-Cal, Tricare, and Kaiser. Additionally, I can provide a super-bill for potential reimbursement from your insurance.
